The hotel had a weighing machine. This was helpful for managing luggage.
The room I got was quite disappointing. The air conditioning unit looked very dusty. I also noticed that the lights near the beds were covered in a thick layer of dust. Mosquitos were a problem, and the toilet seats had noticeable stains. The bathroom door made a loud creaking noise.

I grateful for the room upgrade I received, going from a Premier Suite to a Junior Suite. The breakfast here had a great spread. I was happy to see that the rooms were clean. It was also nice to discover it is walking distance from the beach.
The door provide very bad isolation. I could hear other people speaking as they pass in the hallway and it bothered me a little bit.

The room included blackout curtains that worked well. The bed felt big and comfy. A bathtub had good water pressure and size. The room was big and very clean.

The breakfast had many choices that include Asian and Western dishes. Fresh juices from fresh fruits are available. There were also pastries. My kids like the donuts wall filled with doughnuts.

The location is in the central area. It allowed easy access to cafes, spas, and malls. Restaurants and attractions are nearby. The resort is within walking distance to Kuta beach.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a kids club. This kids club kept them busy. The staff were very accommodating and lovely. They made sure every request was taken care of.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices with many food options. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful during my entire stay. i got upgraded to a lower floor room near the pool so my kids could have easier access. the location was ideal, as it was close to many restaurants.
the rooms showed signs of age and could benefit from a modern update.
